VERVANGING
DRIJFRIEM
RECHTER ZIJBORSTEL (TEK. 10)
Om deze riem te vervangen als volgt te werk gaan:
1) Verwijder de afvalbak en til de machine aan
de voorkant op.
2) Verwijder splitpen 1 (tek. 10).
3) Draai schroef 2 los en verwijder pin 3.
4) Verplaats zijborstelsteun 4 naar rechts (zie
pijl).
5) Verwijder riembeveiligingscarter 5.
6) Verwijder riem 12.
7) Demonteer de gelagerde steunen 6 en 14 en
verwijder riem 7.
8) Leidt de nieuwe riem 7 tussen steun 4,
gelagerde steunen 6 en 14 en riemschijf 13
door.
9) Monteer riem 7 op de riemschijf van de
borstelvertraging.
10) Monteer riem 7 op riemschijf 11.
11) Alle onderdelen weer monteren.
Wanneer deze riem vervangen wordt, ook
borsteldrijfriem 12 controleren (tek. 10). Als deze
tekenen van slijtage vertoont, ook deze riem
vervangen om onnodige (de)montage te
voorkomen.

FITTING THE RH SIDE BRUSH
SECONDARY DRIVE BELT
(fig. 10)
Proceed as follows to fit a new RH side brush
secondary drive belt:
1. Remove the refuse bin and lift the front of
the motor-sweeper.
2. Remove pin 1 (fig. 10).
3. Back off screw 2 and remove pin 3.
4. Shift the side brush support 4 onto its RH side
(see arrow).
5. Remove the belt safety housing 5.
6. Remove the belt 12.
7. Remove the two bearing mounts 6 and 14 and
remove belt 7.
8. Pass the new belt 7 between the support 4,
the bearing mount 6 and 14 and the pulley
13.
9. Fit the belt 7 on the brush reduction gear
pulley.
10. Fit the belt 7 on the pulley 11.
11. Reassemble the unit.
Take the opportunity to check the condition
of the primary drive belt 12, (fig.10) and replace
if worn.

SUSTITUCIÓN DE LA CORREA DE
CONTROL CEPILLO LATERAL
DERECHO (FIG. 10)
Para sustituir dicha correa, proceder de la siguiente
manera:
1. Quitar
el
depósito
de
posteriormente elevar la barredora por la parte
delantera.
2. Quitar el enchufe 1 (fig. 10).
3. Aflojar el tornillo 2 y extraer el perno 3.
4. Desplazar hacia el lado derecho el soporte 4
cepillos laterales (véase la flecha).
5. Quitar el cárter 5 de protección correa.
6. Quitar la correa 12.
7. Desmontar los dos soportes de cojinete 6 y
14 y quitar la correa 7.
8. Hacer pasar la correa nueva 7 entre el
soporte 4, los soportes de cojinete 6 y 14 y
la polea 13.
9. Montar la correa 7 sobre la polea del reductor
cepillo.
10. Montar la correa 7 sobre la polea 11.
11. Proceder al remontaje de las unidades.
Es aconsejable, cuando se sustituye la correa,
comprobar también el estado de la correa 12 de
control cepillos (fig. 10). Si se advierte que la
correa está deteriorada, es necesario sustituirla con
el fin de evitar pérdidas de tiempo para nuevos
desmontajes particulares.
