Warning and fault code indicators. The meaning of the codes is
listed in the section below.
Mute function
Indicates that the UPS alarm is muted.
Indicates that the UPS alarm is disabled.
Indicates input voltage, input frequency, battery voltage, battery
capacity, backup time, output voltage, output frequency, load
capacity and load percentage.
k: kilo, W: watt, V: voltage, A: ampere, %: percent, ˚C: centigrade
degree, Hz: frequency, min: minute
Load information
Load level indicator at 0-24%, 25-49%, 50-74%, and 75-100% of
its capacity
Overload indicator.
Mode of operation
Indicates that the UPS is operating in Line mode
Indicates that the voltage regulation mode is enabled
Indicates the battery is functioning properly
Battery information
Battery level indicator at 0-24%, 25-49%, 50-74%, and 75-100%

6. Troubleshooting guide
If the UPS fails to operate normally, please refer to the following table to solve most
common installation and operation problems.
Symptom/ Fault code
The UPS fails to switch on
Press and hold the power button 2 seconds before
releasing it
The UPS operates in battery
Reset the input circuit breaker by pressing the
mode only, even though

normal AC voltage is present
