03. INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE
1. Set the lever (4) to one of the two positions depending on the operation to be
carried out:
a. Position 1: indicated for removing the pushing plate. This allows a rapid
advance; however, it is not indicated for sausage making, since the advance would
offer greater resistance.
b. Position 2: indicated for sausage filling. It enables precise gentle
advance forwards.
2. Activate the lever so the pushing plate moves backwards until it exits the deposit.
3. Grease the pushing plate rubber seal with cooking oil. If used dry the rubber could
deteriorate or cause excessive friction on the inner surface of the deposit.
4. Stand the deposit upright and start filling with the desired food. We recommend
that the mix to be used is cleanly and evenly kneaded for better results.
5. Place the deposit in horizontal position and anchor to the frame, so the deposit
securings coincide with the frame holes.
6. Once the deposit has been anchored to the frame, attach the funnel you wish
to use on the deposit exit (3). Attach the funnel to the deposit exit using the funnel
securing nut.
7. Set the lever in position 2 and start the sausage filling.
8. Once you have completed the sausage filling, extract the pushing plate from the
deposit, and remove the deposit from the frame to clean it.
