User notices

These operating instructions are intended for the operators and
the supervisors of the wheel balancer BM 25 - 55(TFT) and the
S models.
The operators are the trained staff of the motorcar trade. They
must have been trained in the operation of this wheel balancer
(e.g. by a Nussbaum training).
The supervisor is responsible for the framework conditions of the
wheel balancer (e.g.: accident prevention etc.).
Due use
The wheel balancer BM 25 - 55(TFT) is used for the user-
friendly inspection of vehicle wheels for imbalance.
Avoid using with unsuitable wheels or tools!
– Do not use a tire size which is not intended for the machine.
– Only place the intended objects onto the wheel balancer.
Conditions of use
– The operating and display unit must not be exposed to direct
sunlight!
– Function range +5 °C to +40 °C.

Before the commissioning and the operation of the device, it is
under all circumstances necessary to go through the operating
instructions and especially through the safety notices in detail.
By doing so, you will exclude insecurities when handling the
device and the resulting safety risks right from the start for your
own safety and in order to avoid damages to the device.

GmbH & Co. KG does not assume any guarantee for the correct-
ness and the completeness of software and data; a liability for
damages, which are caused by faulty software and data, is
excluded. In any case, the liability of the Otto Nussbaum GmbH
& Co. KG is limited to the amount which the customer has actually
paid for this product. This liability exclusion does not apply to
damages which have been caused intentionally or by gross
negligence on behalf of the Otto Nussbaum GmbH & Co. KG.
Guarantee:
The use of unauthorized hard- and software leads to a change of
our products and thus to an exclusion of all liabilities and guaran-
tees, even if the hard- or software has been removed or deleted
in the meantime.
Our products must not be modified; furthermore, our products
may only be used with original accessories. Otherwise, all guaran-
tee claims will become void.
The present Nussbaum test device may only be operated with
operating systems which have been authorized by Nussbaum. If
a Nussbaum test device is used with another authorized opera-
ting system, this voids our guarantee responsibility according to
our delivery conditions. Furthermore, we cannot assume any
liability for damages and consequential damages, which are
caused by the use of an unauthorized operating system.
