The glass front of the appliance and the
control area can be cleaned with glass
cleaner when cool.
Stainless steel
Stainless steel surfaces can be cleaned
using a non-abrasive stainless steel
cleaner. To help prevent resoiling, a
conditioner for stainless steel can also
be used. Apply sparingly with even
pressure.
Accessories
Roast probe
Wash with soapy water and a sponge.
Rinse under running water.
Do not submerge the roast probe in
water. Do not clean the roast probe
in the dishwasher.
Grease filter
Clean with liquid dish soap and hot wa-
ter, or in the dishwasher. Depending on
the detergent, cleaning the grease filter
in a dishwasher may cause permanent
discoloration of the filter surface. Per-
formance of the filter will not be affec-
ted.
Rotisserie
Clean with liquid dish soap and hot wa-
ter, or in the dishwasher.
