CAUTION!
1- Use all of the roller surface when ironing. This is essential to ensure an optimum use of all the
heat distributed on the roller and to avoid premature wear of the coating.
2- Do not iron items folded, as the inner parts will not be correctly ironed.
3- Before ironing any article, check that the buttons, fastenings, clasps, buckles, etc. are not in
direct contact with the fabric. They should be suitably covered or positioned so that they are
facing the roller.
4- Do not iron items with seams made of synthetic material, transfers or parts made of plastic.
5- To reduce energy consumption, we recommend you prepare the clothes for ironing in advance so
that they contain a residual humidity of between 5% and 10%. If it is less than 5%, this could lead
to creases which are difficult to iron, in which case it will be necessary to dampen the fabric.
6- During use, do not touch the hot parts (upper outer edge of the fabric) even on completion of the
ironing process, as the fabric will take time to cool.
7- Take care with hands when moving the fabric and when inserting the items in the press.
On completion of the work, proceed as follows:
1- Leave the fabric on the roller in closed position for a few minutes at low temperature to remove
any residual humidity from the roller cover.
2- Lift the shoe by pressing the pedal and lock it by turning the knob.
3- Switch off the machine by pressing the "STOP" button.
4- Disconnect the power supply to the machine at the mains.
