1. SAFETY

Read this manual before using or installing the ironing press.
Keep this manual in a safe place for use in subsequent configurations,
This manual must be handed over with the machine if it is sold to somebody else.
Only use the machine for professional ironing of textile fibres after washing in water.
Do not leave petrol or other inflammable liquids or gases near to the ironing press.
Do not iron products that have been treated or that give off inflammable vapours or elements.
Always bear in mind the instructions described on the labels of the materials to be ironed.
Do not leave the ironing press operating unattended.
Do not allow fluff, dust or dirt to build up around the machine.
Do not spray the ironing press with water.
Do not leave the hot part of the ironing press in contact with the roller on completion of the work due to
the risk of burning the roller without movement.
Maintenance and installation can only be carried out by qualified personnel.
Close or disconnect all the power supplies of the machine at the end of each working day and before
removing any protective cover either for cleaning, maintenance or tests.
Do not insert tools or hands in the moving parts (motor, roller, etc.).
Do not leave or cancel the safety devices of the machine.
The manufacturer reserves the right to make future modifications without prior warning.

2. GENERAL SPECIFICATIONS

Our ironing presses in their different models and complements have been designed to meet the highest
operating, reliability and ironing capacity requirements.
The machine comes equipped as standard with a manual operating pedal that moves the hot part of the
ironing press (shoe) closer or further away from the roller.
Basic equipment:

Electric heater system with group of 2 tubular resistors.

Heat transfer system with high quality anodised aluminium shoe.

Manual system for moving the shoe.

Manual system for fastening the shoe in a high position.

Finger guard.

Emergency stop push button.

Wooden board for correctly inserting the clothes onto the roller.

Analogue control with START/STOP and SET buttons (temperature selection switch).
