Changing the oven lamp
1. Turn off the oven and disconnect the power. Make sure that the internal components are cool before
touching them.
2. Unscrew the lamp cover and then the bulb.
3. Insert the new bulb (keep in mind that the bulb must be resistant to 300°C heat. To find the correct model
of bulb, we advise that you contact the relevant technical service department.
4. Once the bulb has been replaced, screw the cover back into place.
In case of any doubt, do not hesitate to call the relevant technical service department.
WARNING: To avoid the risk of electric shocks, ensure that all power to the appliance is cut off,
and that the appliance is completely cold before removing the lamp cover.
Troubleshooting
Before contacting your technical service department, please check if the cause of the problem can be
found and resolved using the following table:
Problemes
Slight odour or a small amount of smoke during the
initial use of the cooking appliance.
Nothing works or lights up.
The cooking power of the oven is not evenly
distributed.
The hot plates take a long time to cook or simmer.
Appearance of marks on cooking surfaces.
Solutions
This is normal and will stop after the first 2 or 3
uses.
Check that the circuit breaker in the your electrical
system is attached correctly; check that your
appliance is connected correctly and that all
switches are in the "on" position.
Check that the containers used in the oven allow a
sufficient flow of air around them.
Check that the oven is level in relation to the floor.
Check that your cooking implements are definitely
compatible with your appliance
The hot plate surface must be cleaned very
frequently with water and soap; you can also use a
special ceramic glass cleaning cream.
