• Failure to keep the appliance clean may lead to permanent
deterioration of the surface, reducing the useful life of the ap-
pliance and potentially leading to hazardous situations.
• The microwave must not be placed on movable furniture.
• This appliance can be used by children aged 8 years and above
and persons with reduced physical, sensory or mental abili-
ties or lack of experience or knowledge, on the condition that
they have been given supervision or instructions for using the
appliance in a safe way and understand the dangers involved.
Children must not play with the appliance. Cleaning and main-
tenance by the user must not be carried out by children unless
they are over 8 years of age and are supervised.
• Keep the appliance and its cable out of reach of children under
8 years of age.
• Appliances are not designed to be used in conjunction with a
separate timer or with a control system used at a distance.
• If the power cable is damaged, it must be replaced by the

• Group 2 Class B Appliance
• This appliance is a Group 2 appliance as it intentionally gener-
ates radio-frequency energy for treating materials and is de-
signed for domestic use in establishments directly connected
to a low-voltage power supply network supplying buildings
used for domestic purposes (Class B).
• Do not use containers other than those designed for micro-
wave use.
• Never use metal containers or utensils (particularly alumin-
ium) inside microwave ovens as this may damage the appli-
ance and risks causing sparks or even fires.
• Do not attempt to operate this oven while the door is open.
This can cause dangerous exposure to microwave energy. It is
essential that the locking system is not tampered with.
• The oven must not be used if it is damaged. It is particularly
important that the door is able to close correctly and that all
the following parts are in good condition:
a. Door (must not be twisted),
b. Hinges and latches (must not be broken or loose),
c. Door seals and air-tight surfaces.
• No objects should be placed less than 30cm above the oven.
• Regularly clean the window and the door seals to remove any
traces of splashing and other deposits. For details, refer to the
paragraph "Care and maintenance".
