Problem
The automation system does not work
You cannot save the remote controls
As soon as the gate starts it stops and
reverses
During slowdown, the gate stops
and reverses
Gate movement is reversed
During calibration the motor starts and stops
after 1 second
The gate does not stop after the limit switch
has tripped
During travel calibration, the gate does not
open fully
The gate does not open

Cause
No mains supply
Blown fuse
Control and safety inputs not working
Safety devices open
Batteries of the remote control discharged
Remote control not compatible with the first one

When the memory is full, the flashing light will blink

Motor torque not sufficient
Slowdown speed too low
Wrong opening direction
Encoder not present
Low motor power
The limit switch magnet is too far from the gearmotor

Solution
Check the power line switch
Replace the fuses with others of the same value
Check the diagnosis LEDs (PHC, PHO and STP
must be on)
(PHC, PHO and STP must be on)
Replace the batteries
The first saved remote control configures the
control unit to save only rolling-code remote
controls or only dip-switch remote controls.
Delete at least one remote control or add an
external receiver (the maximum capacity is
50 remote controls)
Increase the power with the POWER trimmer
Set dip-switch 7 ON
Repeat travel calibration, pressing the MEMO RX
button during the first closure
Check the encoder connector is correctly plugged in
Increase the motor power with the POWER
trimmer
Exceeded the maximum load capacity in declared
weight
Move the magnet near to the gearmotor
Check the direction of the magnets
The gate length is more than 6 m
Check the sliding and remove any points of friction
in the gate
Maximum load capacity 400 kg
Check the wiring, see subsection 4.5.3
