ADJUSTABLE FOOT
The equipment has feet to keep it stabilized to the ground. Leveling can damage the
equipment.To level the equipment, simply rotate the feet.
SPACE
We recommend that for the safety of the users the equipment be used in an area
that is not frequently used based on the figure to the side. The access and escape
area can be common among the treadmills used. The space is valid for all
equipment.
HOW TO USE EQUIPMENT
1 - Position your equipment;
2 - djust seat and arm positions as desired;
3 - Select the load using the selector pin;
4 - Hold the handles and support the arms in the upholstery.;
5 - Start the training.
