4. The 400 l/600 l container is filled with an
automatically closing delivery nozzle.
The 980 l container is filled with a fixed
filling connection.
The limiting value transmitter h must be
connected. The limiting value transmitter
is factory-set to a 95 % filling.
5. Check the level inside the tank by unscrewing
the dipstick cap and pulling out the dipstick e.
6. Screw the cap of the filling opening, aeration
and ventilation opening and dipstick back
on tightly.
7. Contamination caused by the filling process
must be removed immediately with a dry cloth.
8. Close the doors of the pump cabinet
or pump cover.

5.5 Filling

Pay attention to the horizontal alignment and that
the tank is adequately secured!
Ban on fire, naked flames
and smoking.
Check the level inside the tank by unscrewing the
dipstick cap and pulling out the dipstick e.
Important
Hazard from electric shock!
Ensure that the electrical
cables/connections are dry and clean.

Important!
The 230 V electric pump has a thermal
overload protection to avoid risks caused
by overload. The intervention of this feature causes
the pump to switch off automatically, but does
not deactivate the main switch. It is important to
switch the pump off using its switch. Once normal
operating conditions have been restored, the pump
can be switched back on. Should the protective
shut­off trip during normal operating conditions,
please contact the Technical Service.
1. Open the doors of the pump cabinet
or pump cover.
i Important!
Set the switch of the pump j to 0 (off),
before connecting the power supply.
2. Connection cable of the electric pump:
2.1 For 12 V / 24 V
- clamp black terminal clamp to minus
terminal (-) of a suitable power source
- clamp red terminal clamp to plus terminal
(-) of a suitable power source
2.2 For 230 V Insert plug into a suitable
power source.
3. Unscrew the cap from the aeration
and ventilation opening f.
4. Open the delivery line ball valve d.
5. Switch the electric pump i on at switch j.
6. Remove the hose l and automatic delivery
nozzle k from the pump cabinet/cover
and insert the delivery spout fully into the
container/tank to be filled.
7. Operate the automatic delivery nozzle
(if necessary, lock with locking device)
and carry out filling operation.

8. Close automatic delivery nozzle k and allow
to stop dripping.
9. Switch electric pump i off at switch j.
10. Completely disconnect pump from
power supply.
- for 12/24 V disconnect the terminal clamps
in the reverse sequence.
- for 230 V unplug plug
- roll up cable
11. Roll up the hose and hang the delivery nozzle
in the holder in the pump cabinet or under the

pump cover.

12. Close the delivery line ball valve d.
13. Screw the cap of the aeration and ventilation
opening f on tightly.
14. Close the doors of the pump cabinet
or pump cover.
