5.2.1 Moving with lifting truck

The DT-Mobile can be
moved with the lifting
truck on a firm, level
surface.
The lifting point is
between the forklift
slots on the underside.
5.2.2 Loading with a forklift
Important!

Use the
provided fork­
lift slots on

as lifting points
for safe lifting
with the forklift.
5.2.3 Loading with a crane
Danger!
A DT­Mobil can cause severe injuries
if it falls.
Do not stand under suspended loads
during crane operations.
Do not damage the pump cabinet or
the pump cover with the crane slings!
• the crane lugs provided at the top of the tank are
to be used for crane operations.
• attach 2 suitable load handling devices of equal
length to the crane lugs (minimum length 2 m).
• the DT-Mobil can be loaded onto or unloaded
from the transport vehicle.

5.3 Transporting

During transport, observe the pertinent regulations
for transport and securing loads, in particular:
• road traffic (licensing) act of the country
in question.
• CEN 12195 Parts 1 to 4 for calculation
and lashing.
Use the crane lugs for placing of the tension belts
when fastening to the transport vehicle.

Important!
Positive fit before traction!
First, try to positively load the equipment
(e.g. through striking the sides).
Recommendation:
Use a non-slip mat.

5.4 Filling the tank

Pay attention to the horizontal alignment and ensure
the tank is adequately secured!
Ban on fire, naked flames
and smoking.
1. Open the doors of the pump cabinet or
pump cover.
2. Unscrew the cap from the aeration and
ventilation opening f.
3. Unscrew the cap from the filling connection c.
