Normal and high blood pressure
The guidelines for normal and high blood pressure
(diastolic and systolic value) have been defined by
the World Health Organization "WHO" as shown in
the following table.
Everybody's blood pressure changes constantly.
Fluctuations may be caused by mental and physical
factors (such as fear, exertion, smoking, caffeine
and stress). Blood pressure can also be affected by
the time of day, time of year and temperature.
