Recommendation
Cause: Happens when there is a firmware problem or a problem with the main board (address bus or data bus), the
following list gives an overview:

Action:
1.
This is an internal error. The cause of this error may be an unknown firmware problem in the machine's
FlashROM's. Run the internal confidence test. If the test is OK, check the data sent to the machine.
2.
Reinstall the firmware.
3.
Reflash the FlashROM's on the main board.
4.
Replace the main PCB.
5.
If problems continue, call your HP representative.
Cause: Flash device not found!
Action:
1.
This is a fatal error. If it occurs during an upgrade, reboot and try again.
2.
Redownload the flashfile from the internet as the file you have could be corrupt, and check if the flashfile is for
the SummaCut cutters.
3.
Try a different connection with the computer (serial or USB).
4.
Replace the main PCB.
5.
If problems continue, call your HP representative.
Cause: RAMs are going bad.
Action:

Replace the main PCB.
