5.1 Faults that you, as a user, are allowed to rectify

No sound.
Distortions, noise, crack-
ling, unwanted signals.
If these measures prove unsuccessful, please send the device to Andreas Fahl Medizintech-
nik-Vertrieb GmbH for examination / repair.
Never undertake your own repairs. The device must only be opened by the manufacturer or
by its authorized companies / persons.

Possible cause
Transmitter and receiver units have
different frequencies.
Transmitter and receiver units are
switched off.
Volume control is on zero.
Microphone is not connected.
Batteries inserted incorrectly.
Batteries are empty.
Transmitter unit is too distant.
