This warranty does not cover malfunctions due to unusual
wear and tear or mistreatment of the Smart mic such as
physical shock or tampering with the Smart Mic, any of
which voids all warranties. Your Hearing Care Professional
may charge a service fee for processing warranty service.
Warranty service must only be performed by an authorized
service center. Service performed by unauthorized service
depots voids this warranty, and repairs so necessitated will
be done on a parts and labor cost basis.
