Troubleshooting

Check the below listed comments and notices before requesting service.
PROBLEM
The warning light does not
work; there is no haze and
blowing.
The appliance is turned
on, the indicator light is
illuminated, no haze and
blowing.
The appliance emits an
unpleasant odor.
Humidifier does not
produce enough steam.
Strange noises during
appliance operation.
A mist comes out around
the jet.
The importer/manufacturer does not accept any liability for any
damages resulting from unintended use or improper handling.
The importer/manufacturer reserves his rights to modify the
product any time in order to adjust it to law regulations, norms,
directives, or due to construction, trade, aesthetic or other
reasons, without notifying in advance.
POSSIBLE CAUSE
The appliance is not plugged into
a wall outlet.
No power to the appliance.
The water level in the tank for water
has fallen below the required.
Too low humidification level is set.
Too much water in the base of
humidifier.
The new appliance.
The water in the tank water is not clean
or has not been changed for a long time.
The ultrasonic transducer was covered
with deposited scale.

A resonance resulting from low water

REMEDY
Plug the cord into an electrical outlet.
Check electric circuit – fuses.
Fill the water tank.
Set a greater level of humidification.
Pour water from humidifier base, and
then tighten the cap with the valve
tightly on the water tank.
When you turn on and use the
appliance for the first time, there
may be present a specific odor. This
is not a threat, or does not indicate
a malfunction of the appliance. The
smell should cease after repeated use.
Remove the water tank from the base
of the humidifier and leave an open
tank for at least 12 hours.
