BATTERY INSERTION
OR REPLACEMENT

Lift the front fl ap of the timer-thermo-
stat.
Remove the battery compartment cover
by pushing it downwards and sliding it
outwards.
Insert 2 alkaline batteries (type AA LR6)
in the appropriate compartment while
observing the polarities indicated on the
device.
Reinsert the battery compartment cover
by pushing it upwards.
When the batteries are inserted for the
fi rst time into the device, the time 12:00
will appear on the display.
The timer-thermostat constantly moni-
tors the residual charge of the
batteries, which generally last for about
2 years. When the batteries are nearing
exhaustion, the "

In this case, remove the batteries from
the relevant compartment by observing
the direction indicated on the device.
Note:
The schedule settings are preserved
