12.2. INSTALLING
BATTERY
1) Remove the battery cover by
pressing down the centre of the battery
cover and slide downwards.
2) Insert the battery into the unit. Line
up the 3 connectors on the battery with
the contact in the unit. Slide in and
press down.
3) Replace the battery cover.
12.3. CONNECTING
WIRE
Insert the lead wire plug into the base of
the unit.
Connect the lead from the base of
the unit to the lead in the probe.
Push the pin ends firmly into the pigtail
ends of the probe lead.

rough handling, and should be treated
with care.
