On the VIAPASS network (BELGIUM)
You must stop as soon as possible and follow these instructions:
1/ Contact the hotline: +33 (0)4 26 29 75 80.
2/ Go to a Satellic terminal, pick up a temporary tag from the service point indicated by
the hotline and install it. You must have a payment card or a fuel card.
3/ Store your unit in the aluminium envelope provided to avoid being invoiced multiple
times.
This temporary tag only allows you to drive on the Viapass network.
The journeys recorded with the temporary tag will not be the responsibility of the

unit supplier.
On the LKW-MAUT network (GERMANY)
You must stop as soon as possible and follow these instructions:
1/ Contact the hotline: +33 (0)4 26 29 75 80.
2/ Declare and pay for your trip manually:
- on the www.toll-collect.de website, or
- download the TollCollect app available for most smartphones, or
- go to the nearest TollCollect kiosk. A ticket will be issued to you. It must be kept for
the entire journey
3/Then store your unit in the aluminium envelope provided to avoid being invoiced multiple
times.

RETURN OF DEFECTIVE TAGS
Insert the defective unit into the aluminized envelope and send it in recommended with
acknowledgment of reception to the following address:

It is not possible to hand-deliver the unit.
