In FRANCE, SPAIN, PORTUGAL,
THE HERRENTUNNEL (GERMANY) AND THE LIEFKENSHOEK TUNNEL (BELGIUM)
- When entering a toll section: take a ticket
- When leaving a toll section:
1/ enter a lane
2/ use the intercom and wait for help to arrive
NETWORK
On the ASFINAG NETWORK (AUSTRIA)
You must stop as soon as possible and follow these instructions:
1/ Go to the nearest GO-BOX point
2/ At the GO-BOX point:
- Present the vehicle declaration (Fahrzeugdeklaration), downloaded from your
customer area
- Tell the ASFINAG staff where the fault occurred
- Pay for your travel. You must have a payment card or a
fuel card
- Pick up a GO-BOX (temporary tag)
3/ Store your unit in the aluminium envelope provided to avoid being invoiced multiple
times.
The journeys recorded with the temporary tag will not be the responsibility of the

unit issuer.
