Step 3
Install one (1) 2/5" FLAT WASHER, one (1) COTTER PIN, and one (1) HUB CAP onto the
AXLE then slide the AXLE through WHEELS, LEGS as shown. Finish by attaching the 2nd
FLAT WASHER, COTTER PIN, and HUP CAP.
