WARNING:
FALL HAZARD: Children have suffered severe head injuries
including skull fractures when falling from high chairs. Falls
can happen suddenly if child is not restrained properly.
• Always use restraints, and adjust to fit snugly.
• Tray is not designed to hold child in chair.
• Stay near and watch child during use.
Read all instructions before assembly and use of the high
chair. Adult assembly required. Do not use this high chair if it
is damaged or broken. Keep small parts away from children.

The child should be secured in the high chair at all times with
the restraining system. The tray is not designed to hold child
in the chair. It is recommended that the high chair be used
only by children capable of sitting upright unassisted.
Do not use the high chair unless all components are
correctly fitted and adjusted.
Do not microwave the bowl. Bowl contains metal.

WARNING:
Be aware of the risk of open fire and other sources of strong
heat, such as electric bar fires, gas fires in the vicinity of the
high chair.
Never leave the child unattended.
Always use the restraint system. Be aware of the risk of tilting
when your child can push its feet against a table or any
other structure.
Falling Hazard: Prevent your child from climbing on the
product.
Strangulation Hazard: Do not place high chair in any
location where there are cords, such as windows blind cords,
drapes, etc.
WARNING MAGNETS:
This product contains magnets which may interfere with implanted
electronic medical devices and is not intended for use by children
with these devices. Adults with implanted electronic medical devices
should maintain a safe distance between their medical device and
the high chair and should consult with their physician and medical
device manufacturer for information specific to their device.
