3 Conditions of use
Please note
If the speed is braked, the HMP−...−KP
could be damaged.
S With normal regular clamping ensure
that:
the clamp is only released in the
pressurized end position of the
linear module.
the clamping unit is only pressurized
and exhausted when the piston rod
is standing completely still.
there are no dynamic forces.
Please note
S These general conditions for the correct and safe use of the Linear module
HMP−..." must be observed at all times.
The technical specifications of the clamping unit type HMP−...−KP may limit
the specifications for linear module type HMP−... in the operating instruc
tions.
4 Fitting
Fitting mechanical components
Please note
Deformed components may cause a functional failure.
S Make sure that no transverse forces are applied on housing 2, or on the
clamping rod of the HMP−...−KP.
