2. Installing the removable battery
Push the battery cover to open. Install correctly the batteries matching the
polarity (+/-) To check the state of the battery, you can see it on the camera
screen. To remove the battery, push the battery cover to remove it.
3. Charging
The device can be charged by connecting it to a computer or an AC adapter.
You can charge it from a car lighter port with a suitable adapter. The device can
be charged even off. The camera can shoot during charge (activate the Vehicle
Mode from the menu)
4. Turn on / off the camera
Press and hold the On / Off button for 3-5 seconds to turn on / off the device.
5. Mode Selection
Choose from the different operation modes by pressing the on / off button
(Video Recording / Taking pictures / Playback / Menu)
The icon IMG (video) and the icon IMG (foto) will appear in the upper left cor-
ner of the screen when the corresponding mode is selected. IMG (play) will
appear on the screen when it is selected the Playback mode.
6. Video recording and configuration of recording parameters
6.1. Configuration of the video mode
Select the Video Recording mode and icon IMG (ref) will appear in the upper
left corner of the screen. Press OK to start recording and the icon IMG (ref)
starts flashing. Press OK again to stop recording, the IMG icon (rec) will disa-
ppear from the screen.
6.2. Configuration of the photo mode
Select the Photo Mode and the icon IMG (foto) will appear in the upper left
corner of the screen. Press OK to take pictures.
6.3. Storage and playback of the recorded files
When you have finished recording, remove the microSD card and insert it into
a device with memory card reader function, or use the included USB adapter.
NOTE
This device is a high precision product, avoid falls and shocks.
Do not expose the device in a high magnetic field and around electromagnetic
equipment (such as a magnet or an electric motor) It may cause malfunction
and errors in reading and recording of images and videos. Do not expose the
memory card into a high magnetism zone to prevent loss of stored data.
Do not expose to high temperatures or direct sunlight for extended periods.
Always choose memory cards made by known brand manufacturers. No
warranty is made as to the use of unknown card brands.
