Rotate the V1 valve to OPEN position and
open the recovery's tank vapor port valve.
Switch on the machine and rotate V2 valve to
achieve a pressure differential of at least 100
PSI between the LP gauge and the HP gauge.
Keep the pressure below 550 PSI on the HP
gauge to ensure that the pressure switch will
not actuate.

Keep the unit clean by wiping it down with a
damp cloth to remove dirt, oils, etc., after
use. If the machine is particulary dirty
standard household detergent may be used.
In all cases, exercise care to prevent liquids
from entering the unit.

3.5) Operating notes
During normal operation, when the pressure
switch activates, the machine will restart
automatically when the head pressure drops
below approximately 425 PSI.

Ensure that the inlet and discharge ports are
protected in transit and storage. Keep the inner
diameter and the threads clear and clean.
3.3) Purga
1) Conecte el equipo como se muestra en la
Figura 2.
2) Gire la válvula V2 a la posición (PURGE).

3) Encienda el equipo (ON).
4) Gire lentamente la válvula V1 a la posición
(PURGE) evitando inundar el compresor. Si
este comienza a golpear, cierre V1 para evitar
daños. Una vez estabilizado el funcionamiento,
retomar la apertura de la válvula V1.
5) Observe el manovacuómetro manteniendo
el equipo en funcionamiento hasta alcanzar
una calidad de vacío de 500 mm/Hg.
Apague el equipo (OFF) e inmediatamente
cierre la válvula del depósito recuperador.
Regrese la válvula V1 a la posición (CLOSE)
y finalmente cierre la válvula V2 (CLOSE).
- ADVERTENCIA! La manguera y el conducto
de descarga quedarán con una pequeña cantidad
de refrigerante bajo presión. Tener cuidado al
remover esta manguera y al abrir la válvula V2.

3.4) Enfriar el Depósito Recuperador
El equipo puede ser usado para enfriar el
depósito recuperador si la presión del
cabezal es demasiado alta para completar
el proceso de recuperación. Esto puede
ocurrir cuando se trabaja con ciertos
refrigerantes con una alta presión de vapor
y una alta temperatura ambiente.
Si el proceso de recuperación se estanca
debido a la alta presión del cabezal, cierre las
válvulas, apague el equipo (OFF), desconecte
las mangueras y reconéctelas de acuerdo a la
figura 3. Este proceso puede realizarse antes
de comenzar con la recuperación, pero podría
generar un deterioro prematuro del equipo.
NOTA! Este proceso solo funcionará si hay
una cantidad suficiente de líquido en el
depósito recuperador para obtener el
diferencial de presión necesario.
