This depends on the file format and size.
12. Why can't hear anything by earphone?
Please double check if connect well with the earphone, or if set the Volume to "0
0".
13. Why can't download files from the computer?
Check the cable connection between the product and the external device.
Check if there is enough space left.
14. Why does the key show no response after pressed?
Please check if all the buttons are locked, press:
