1. What memory cards are compatible with the portable digital TV?
TF card (Micro SD card).
2. Would the screen be damaged by long time continuous playing?
No, the screen can continuously display photo/music/ movie/ TV, but in order to
put off the using lifetime, we kindly suggest to take a break upon running a long
time.
3. Does the DVB-T player support audio files?
Yes, It is supported different types of audio files such as MP3/ WMA /WAV /FLAC
/OGG /APE /AAC /AC3 etc ...
4. Does the DVB-T player support video files?
Yes, it is Supported video formats, include: MPEG1/2/ 4 AVI、RM、RMVB、FLV
，Max up to WVGA（resolution 800*480）
5. Why some videos can't play or get stuck in the middle ?
Due there are too many different video decode in the market, and with the limita-
tion of chipset, may cause some files can't paly flowing, please kindly understand.
6. Can I use DVB-T player to copy / delete files on my memory cards?
Yes, it supports operations to copy / delete files to memory cards, worked as a
USB disk while it connect well to computer.
7. Can't turn on the device?
To stick the reset slot first, and check if there is enough battery, or plug the power
supply to charge power and turn on the device.
8. Can I increase internal memory size to store more files?
No. The internal memory is fixed while manufacture, but you can buy a big size
TF cards, to enlarge the storage capability.
9. Why can't the portable DVB-T player show some photos?
Digital cameras use JPEG format according their industrial standards. It will show
photos in compliance to same industry standards. Some images, such as web
images, scanned images, or photos in RAW format from professional cameras,
are not stored according to same industry standards and therefore may not be co-
rrectly displayed on the DVB-T player. Use PC applications to convert such ima-
ges into standard JPEG format e.
10. Why the screen show some disorder code?
Please check if you choose the right Code Page and Menu, please keep consis-
tency with the file.
