5. Turn the tipping bar to lower the dolly
Hold the tipping bar with both hands and move it in an arc to gently lower one end of the side frame of the
dolly. Move the tipping bar parallel to the longitudinal axis of the vehicle.
Always hold the tilting bar with both hands while lowering the dolly.
6. Lower the remaining sides of the dolly. Repeat steps 1-5 to lower both dollies completely.
7. Remove the telescopic axles of the dolly and push them together.
8. Re-engage the cam locks Turn the tyres of the dollies upwards.
Engage the cam locks to secure the tyres and facilitate transportation of the dolly.
Tips and tricks Problematic situations:
Here is a small tip in case you find yourself in a problematic situation. A problem situation is always present
when you are standing in front of an obstacle, so that you cannot fully lift the dolly with the tipping bar. But
that is the operating mode of all ITD dollies. How to get out of the problem situation:
1. Fully load the dolly tyre, which has full access to the tipping bar.
2. Insert the tipping bar into the BACK END of the receiving tube.
3. Engage the cam lock again and pull the tipping bar towards the frame until it engages in the raised
position. This raises the vehicle tyre enough so that you can pull it away from the wall.
4. Repeat steps 1-3 on the other side of the trailer.
5. When you are away from the obstacle, put the tipping bar back in the raised Wheel mount.
6. Apply a little forward pressure to release the cam lock.
7. Load the trolley normally and attach the tension straps.
