SAVE THESE INSTRUCTIONS
You will need this manual in order to check safety and caution
rules, assembly instructions and operating and maintenance
procedures.
Keep your invoice with this manual. Fill in the invoice number in
the inner side of the front cover. Keep the manual and invoice in
a safe and dry place for future reference.

SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS

NOTE
When using the tool some basic safety
precautions shall always be followed to reduce the risk
of personal injury and damage to the equipment.
1. Keep your work area tidy. Cluttered areas and
benches may cause accidents.
2. Pay attention to the work area conditions. Do not use
machines or power tools in wet or humid areas. do not expose
the tool to rain. Keep the work area with good lighting. Do not
use power tools in the presence of gases or flammable liquids.
3.
Prevent against electric shock. Prevent body
contact with grounded surfaces such as pipes, radiators
and refrigerators.
4. Keep the children away. Children shall never be near
the work place. Do not allow children to hold machines,
tools or extension cables. Do not allow other people to
touch the tool. Keep them away from your work area.
5. Store the equipment when not in use. When not in use, the
tool shall be stored in dry, dustless place. Always keep the tool
locked out of children' reach.
6. Do not force the tool. It will carry out a better job within the
range of its design. Do not use inadequate add-ons to try to
exceed the tool capacity.
7. Use the right power tool. Do not use weak tools to carry out
heavy-duty jobs. Do not use power tools to carry out heavy-duty
jobs for which it was not designed.
8. Wear adequate clothes. Do not wear loose clothes, gloves,
ties or jewelry which could get caught in the mobile parts. Do not
use slippery footwear. Wear hair protection to retain long hair.
9. Wear eye protection. Always wear adequate safety
accessories that comply with the Oficial Mexican
Standard (NOM), like goggles, face mask, anti-dust
mask, when working with materials that shed metallic
parts, shavings, or chemical products.
10. Do not use the power cable for jobs different from its
purpose. Do not carry the tool hanging from the cable. do not
pull the cable to disconnect the tool. Protect the cable against
heat, oil and sharp edges.
11. Fasten the work piece. Use a fixing devise or clamp to keep
the work piece steady. This is safer than holding the work piece
singlehandedly and it allow the user to work with free hands.
Keep the right footing at all times. Do not try to overreach over
the machine or when is running.
12. Do not extend your field of action. Evite toda postura que

13. Keep tools in the best conditions. Keep tools clean for a
better and safer work. follow all the lubrication instructions and
accessories replacement. Verify the tool cables regularly and if
damaged, take the to a Truper® Authorized Service Center to be
repaired. Handles shall always stay clean, dry and free of oil or
grease.
14. Disconnect the tool. Disconnect the tool when
not in use and before carrying out maintenance jobs.
15. Reduce the risk of accidental start up. Never
carry a tool with your thumb onto the switch while
connected to the power supply. Double check the
switch is in the OFF position before connecting the
cable to the power supply.
16. Outdoors extensions. When working outdoors, use only
homologated and labelled extension cables.
17. Stay alert. Pay attention to the job. Use common sense.
Do not operate any tool when tired.
18. Verify damaged parts. Before using the tool, the
protections or other mobile parts that could be damaged shall
be carefully checked to assure a good operation. Also, check the
mobile parts for stuck pieces or rupture. Verify assembly or any
other condition that could affect the tool operation. All the
components shall be assembled right and comply with all the
requirement for an efficient running of the tool. A protection or
other damaged parts shall be repaired or replaced. Any switch
that is deteriorated shall be replaced in a Truper® Authorized
Service center. Do not use any power tool with a defective
switch.
19. Parts and accessories replacement When replacing parts
use only Truper® original spare parts manufactured to be used
in this tool.

21. Hearing protection. Wear hearing protection
when the noise level is above 85 dB.
