Thank you for purchasing the Sunrise System Dawn Simulator SRS 250. You will now be able to enjoy the
relaxation benefits and many features of the Sunrise System - one of the most natural and stress free ways
of awakening.The Sunrise System can be set to imperceptibly simulate a sunrise and sunset.The sunrise
brightens the room gradually, gently waking the sleeper and the sunset slowly dims the room, helping the
user to relax and ease into a restful and natural sleep.The product has a built in stereo MP3 player, with an
external card slot, which allows the user to listen or wake up to relaxing sounds, music, talking books or a
downloaded radio programme.

The Sunrise System can be set to meet your own individual lifestyle requirements so take the time to look
at the full list of features which begin below:
Features
• Sunrise: simulates a sunrise over a period of 15, 30, 45, 60, 75 or 90 minutes. Set to suit your preference.
• Sunset: simulates a sunset over a period of 15, 30, 45, 60, 75 or 90 minutes. Set to suit your preference.
• The lamp brightness can also be manually controlled and set to any level, for example - to brighten the
lamp for reading.
• All functions of the Sunrise System are indicated on the large orange backlit LCD display to clearly show
the function being altered.
• A child night light feature has also been included. The night light brightness is also user adjustable.
• A security feature that randomly turns the lamp full on and off between the times of 7:00pm and 9:00am
can be set to operate when you are away from home.
• 12 or 24 hour clock display - you choose.
• The audible alarm can be disabled if you prefer to wake to the Sunrise feature without sounder or it can
be set to any level.
• The unit has a built in stereo MP3 player with external MMC card slot. MMC cards from 32Mb up to
1GB can be used.You can also wake up to the MP3 player.
• Built in 60W light (E14 socket UK, EU & E12 socket USA) use of specific daylight bulb optional.
• Power fail backup is provided on all functions for small power outages (or short power cuts) to the
