It is very important to use the right quantity of granulate in those cultlery polisher model. First of all,
add the whole quantity of granulate of the bag that is sent with the machine, and wait it is distributed
inside the unit.
Sometimes, if you put too wet cutlery in the machine and you don't leave the equipment working after
using it (without cultery), it is possible that the granulate has more humidity than needed, increase its
volume and can get out of the machine. If it happens, we will lose granulate and the cultlery gets out
more slowly.
Please pay attention to just two points to know if you have the right level of granulate, always with the
machine working.
1.The granulate gets easily and in abundance ( like the picture) to area of the arrow.
