Potential Failure
Short or broken circuit of the low
temperature sensor.
Short or broken circuit of the sensor in the
upper compartment.
Short or broken circuit of the sensor in the
lower compartment.
The appliance gives a high-temperature
warning when the upper compartment's
temperature has been higher than 25 °C
for 3 hours.
The appliance gives a high-temperature
warning when the lower compartment's
temperature has been higher than 25 °C
for 3 hours.
The compressor stops working when the
tem- perature of the upper compartment
is lower than 0 °C. The low-temperature
warning is given when the temperature
has been lower than 0 °C for 2 hours.
The compressor stops working when the
tem- perature of the lower compartment
is lower than 0 °C. The low-temperature
warning is given when the temperature
has been lower than 0 °C for 2 hours.
The unit is not switched on
Plug and/ or lead are damaged

Problem solving action
Please contact the after sales ser- vices to
change the sensor.
Ambient temperature is too high. The appliance
working temperature should be between 16 °C
and 38 °C.
Ambient temperature is too low. The appliance
working temperature should be between 16 °C
and 38 °C.
Check the unit is plugged in correctly and
switched on
Call your agent or qualified technician
Replace the fuse (UK Plug)
Check power supply
Reset the temperature.
Allow time for recently added bottles to reach
desired temper- ature.
Check doors are shut and seals are not
damaged
Move the refrigerator to a more suitable
location
Increase ventilation or move appliance to
a cooler position
Remove any excessive hot foodstuffs or
blockages to the fan
Reduce the amount of bottles stored in
the appliance
Check and tighten all nuts and screws
