12. EC-Declaration of Conformity

pro-emit GmbH declares that the product sunbar grow light is in compliance with Direc-

13. Disposal

As the owner of old appliances, you are legally obliged to dispose of this appliance in a
professional manner. Information can be obtained from your city or municipality admin-
istration.

14. Manufacturer warranty

pro-emit products have been tested and are manufactured with the utmost care. The
guarantor, pro-emit GmbH, Schwerdtfegerstraße 9, 31185 Söhlde (for Germany) or the
corresponding pro-emit distributor in your country (a complete overview can be found at
www.pro-emit.de) assumes a guarantee on manufacturing/material defects of the pro-
emit GmbH devices for the duration of five years from the date of manufacture.
This warranty is applicable to the seller of the device, irrespective of your statutory
rights. This warranty does not apply to natural wear, alterations/malfunctions caused by
environmental influences or transport damage, nor does the warranty apply to damage
caused by non-compliance with the Operating Manual, maintenance instructions and/
or improper installation. Supplied batteries, lamps and rechargeable batteries are ex-
cluded from the guarantee.
The guarantee can only be granted if the unaltered device is sent to the guarantor
immediately after the defect has been identified. The invoice/receipt as well as a brief
written error description must be submitted. Appropriate postage must be applied to
the package.
If the warranty claim is justified, the guarantor will repair or replace the device within a
reasonable time. Further claims are not included in the warranty. In particular, the guar-
antor is not liable for damage resulting from the defectiveness of the device. Should not
the warranty claim be justified (for example, after the expiry of the warranty period or in
case of defects outside the warranty period) Warranty claim), the guarantor may attempt
to repair the device in a cost-effective manner at a reasonable price.
