have it immediately repaired by a qualified service shop or send it to the
Medion Service to avoid any hazard.
Warning!
It is hazardous to anybody except for specialised technicians to carry out any
maintenance or repair work that requires the removal of a cover ensuring the
protection against radiation exposure through microwave energy.
• If smoke develops it is imperative to keep the door closed in order to avoid
flames from developing or to suffocate existing ones and immediately switch
off the appliance using the Stop/Delete button.
• Then pull the mains plug from the power outlet immediately.
Warning!
On no account must the appliance be used if housing, covers, door or catch,
door seal or seal seating faces are damaged.
Have the appliance repaired by a qualified service shop or contact the Medion
Service.
• Also ensure that the microwave oven is not situated too close to a heat source
or in an area where it could come in contact with water.
Microwaves are high-frequency electromagnetic waves causing your food in the
cooking compartment to be heated. The more water the foodstuffs contain, the
better the heating. In order to achieve optimum heat distribution, leave
finish-heated meals in the microwave for one to two minutes for additional
cooking.
