Brief operating instructions
Congratulations on your new UltraVent
- For reaching an optimum result and for understanding the function of your
Ultravent
, we ask you to read the this installation/operation manual carefully.
®
- Store this manual and make sure that it is accessible for every operator at any time!
- This appliance may not be operated by children or personal, that has limited physical
sensorial or mental abilities. It may also not be operated by none experienced and/or
personal with lack of knowledge, unless the personal will be supervised by a person
responsible for safety.
- Please observe technical regulation (e. g. VDI 2052) as wall as local regulations for
ventilation systems in commercial kitchens.
- The suction power of the Ultravent
VarioCooking Center
cases were structural issues make it impossible to install a room ventilation system.
Nevertheless in general the Ultravent
- Depending on the installation site of your VarioCooking Center
exhaust air volume of the VarioCooking Center

- Humid air is sucked into the Ultravent

consumption of the cooking appliances).
- The exhaust air temperature of the UltraVent

air humidity. This means the ambient air will be dried by the lower humidity and the
higher temperature of the exhaust air of the UltraVent
- Odours and smoke, as they will occur during e.g. roasting and grilling, will only be
extracted minimal.
