Warnings
The photovoltaic cell that feeds the primary pump is located on the bottom of the collector, and therefore special care should be taken with shadows.
Orientation and inclination
Recommended orientation is south of collector. In general 45º deviations are allowed. Consult local regulations.
10.
Assembly
The OKSOL-150 system should be installed by an authorised installer.
Before installing the equipment, check:
a) The correct condition of all components.
b) Exact installation position and correct orientation.
Observation
In accordance with RITE, energy saving elements, solar panel connection pipes, and domestic hot water pipes must be equipped with thermal insulation
to avoid energy loss.
In windy and snowy areas additional precautions should be adopted for such conditions. Contact the company for further information.
10.1 Roof integration
For an integrated roof installation, anchoring is to a girder or building structure via galvanized steel fixings. Orkli S.Coop. can provide a SOLARORKLI
Integrated kit that enables fast and simple installation.
10.2 Horizontal surface
For horizontal surfaces, such as balconies, gardens, Orkli S.Coop. has designed a simple resistant support that enables inclinations on a horizontal plane
of 35º or 40º. The structure has been designed in compliance with basic structural safety requirements contained in CTE.
In the event that the collector is placed on ground that is not sufficiently firm (garden) it is recommended that one or several shoes are placed to support
it.
The SOLARORKLI 30-40 structural kit is optional.
If the installer opts for another type of structure, this must comply with said regulations.
