15. Terms of Warranty

The above mentioned product is of the highest quality and workmanship. This unit carries follo-
wing warranty under our warranty conditions. Decisive for the warranty time will be the date of
sales invoice.
24 months warranty
Defects (material, construction or productions defects) which occur within the time of warranty
will be repaired free of charge. Replaced parts will be retained by the manufacturer. The units
must being returned to the manufacturer without occurring costs. We decline any other kind
of liabilities. The initial warranty time will not be extended by replace parts/unit. The following
defects are not covered by the warranty:
• Improper operation or handling
• Parts, which succumb to natural wear
• Outer damages due to damage in transit, and damage by impact/knock
• Repairs and alterations which were done by unauthorised persons
• Non-observance of operating, maintenance or connection rules
• Damage from corrosion, contamination or chemical or electrical influences which are
abnormal or not allowed according to factory specifications
• The above mentioned warranty period refers to a daily working time of 8 hours
The warranty generally does not cover rubber parts and the colour fastness of plastic parts.
