HPAC 42 is a cooling module that should be included
in a system where the main components are the heat
pump FIGHTER 1330 and exchanger module HPAC 42.
FIGHTER 1330 has an integrated control system to regu-
late the heating/cooling, integrated circulation pumps
and is connected via the HPAC module to the external
collector and the building's distribution system for heat-
ing and cooling.
The heat exchange from the heat source (rock, ground
or lake) takes place via a closed cooling medium system
where water mixed with antifreeze circulates to the heat
pump.

Ground water can also be used as a heat source howev-
er, this requires an intermediate heat exchanger between
the HPAC and the ground water.
For distribution systems which do not have a constant
flow and/or if the system cannot receive the heat pump's
maximum specified power, an accumulator is always
installed. For docking, the necessary safety equipment
must be fitted in accordance with current regulations.
