22.7 Inspect the parts

Once you have completed sani zing, rinsing and drying, proceed as follows:
Step
1 check that all parts are perfectly clean and dry
2 check that they are not damaged or too worn
3 replace worn parts with new ones provided by the manufacturer
4 install the parts perfectly dry
5 restore electrical power supply.
Once the internal opera ng temperature has been reached, it is possible to load the products.

23. Load the refrigerant

24. Dismantle the cabinet
