● Adjust the rear end plate fitted with its bearing
(end plate notch in line with cylinder notch).
● Leaning on the eccentric and not on the
crankpin, press the rear end plate on, using
the shouldered chuck (drawing E).
● Re-fit the circlip (20) and re-position the
O-Ring on the cylinder.
Warning: when reassembling the turbine
in the motor housing, adjust the turbine
slot in line with the motor housing pin.
Push the turbine to the bottom, then use
the pin wrench (drawing D) to screw the
motor plug (30).
Tighten to a 30 Nm torque and glue it.
Reassembling the plate in the tool
● Position the felt (36) on the shaft and hang the
plate on. Insert the suction cap pins into the
plate notches.
● Position the second felt (36) on the ball
bearing.
● Set the counterweight (40) and tighten the
screws (43) to a 2.5 Nm torque.
● Tighten the lower clamp (35) to a 0.6 Nm
torque max.
● Tighten the 4 screws (43a) to a 1.5 Nm torque
max. to put the pad back.
Disassembling and reassembling the plate
bearing
● Remove the 3 screws (43) and extract the ball
bearing.
● When reassembling, tighten the 3 screws to a
2.5 Nm torque.
Disassembling and reassembling the suction
cap
● Remove the upper clamp (33).
● Before reassembling the suction cap (34),
position the decompression hole on the
admission side.
● Tighten the upper clamp to a 0.6 Nm torque
max.
Changing the sleeves
● The sleeve is clipped on.
Disassembling and reassembling the plug
valve
● Remove the lever (16), the sleeve, the
sanding pad and the collector (3).
● Using a Ø2 mm punch, push the pin (13)
downward to extract it and remove the plug
valve (14).
● When reassembling, slip the pin flush with the
motor housing, checking the correct position
of the plug valve in its housing.
Replacing the pad
● Place the plug valve (14) in closed position
before unscrewing, to replace the pad.
