Turning On the Instrument

To turn the instrument on, press the trigger button. The meter will start up
with the last settings that were used.

Safety

If the housing is opened, remember that some internal capacitors
may still hold potentially lethal voltages even after the device has
been switched off.
In the event of errors or unusual operation, stop using the device
and ensure that it cannot be used until it has been carefully checked
out and repaired.
