(Menu 2.1.1)
You can write and edit text messages of up to 918
characters.
1. Type in a message using key presses. For details on
how to enter text, refer to page 22 (Entering Text).
2. After completing the message select the required
option by pressing the right soft key [Options].
The following options are available.
]
Insert
• Symbol: Attach special characters.
• Picture: Send and receive text messages that
contain pictures, known as Enhanced Messaging
Service. Several preset pictures are available in
the phone and they can be replaced with new
ones received from other sources.
• Animation: Attaching an animation in a message
can be done through EMS(Enhanced Messaging
Service).
• Audio: Attach sounds that are available for short
message.

• Text Template: Use the text templates already set

in the phone.
• Contact: Attach a phone number.
• Business Card: Attach your name card.

Save to Drafts: Save the message so that it can be
sent later.

Set T9: Choose between English or Spanish T9
language. For details on how to enter text, refer to
page 22 (Using the T9 Mode).

Clear Text: Deletes the written message.
]
Cancel: Exit the text editor.
Press the left soft key [Send To].
]
Send To: Enter the phone number or select the
number from the address book.

Multimedia

You can write and edit multimedia messages, checking
message size.
You can create a new message or choose one of the
multimedia message templates already made.
