• Use the specified types of wires for electrical connections between the indoor and
outdoor units. Firmly clamp the wires so that their terminals receive no external
stresses. Electric wires with insufficient capacity, wrong wire connections and
insecure wire terminals may cause electric shock or fire.

Notes on the Installation Environment
• There must be no blockages or obstacles near the air intake.
• Select a place where the condensation can be easily distributed without adversely
affecting other people.
• Select a location where the connection to the outdoor air conditioner can easily be
established and which is close to an electrical outlet.
• Select a location that is out of the reach of children.
• The installation site should be able to support the weight of the indoor air
conditioner and should not increase the noise level and vibration of the unit.
• The unit must be installed at least 2.5 meters above the floor.
• Do not install the indoor air conditioner directly above electrical equipment.
• Try to install the indoor air conditioner as far away from fluorescent lamps as
possible.
