Troubleshooting
Problem: After m3D card is installed, computer doesn't restart normally,
m3D software doesn't install, or 3D games don't run properly
Cause – Your Matrox card may not be firmly inserted in its expansion slot.
Solution – Make sure your Matrox card is firmly inserted in its expansion slot.
Cause – Your Matrox card may be in a "slave" expansion slot on a computer that
makes a distinction between bus mastering and slave slots.
Solution – Change slots: Shut down your computer, disconnect it from the power
supply, remove your Matrox card and then insert it into a different PCI expansion

Cause – Your computer may not have given an interrupt
request (IRQ) to your Matrox m3D card, or may have given
one used by another device in your computer. To check IRQ
settings in your computer:
