WARRANTY

5 year warranty for structural integrity.

The warranty applies only to defects in manufacture or materials.
EXCEPTIONS
The glass break is not covered by this warranty, as the probability of natural glass break is
minimal and it can only happen by accident.
The type of fuel and handling of the equipment is of IKOS control, so the parts in direct
contact with the flames are not covered by the warranty.
The deflector and sealing cord are not covered by the warranty since they are wear parts.
The problems and/or defects caused by the improper installation are responsibility of the
installer/dealer.
Any malfunction caused by mechanical or electrical parts not supplied by IKOS will not be
covered by the warranty.
The warranty is not valid in case of damage caused by the use of other fuel unless wood.
Costs related to change, transport, hand labor, packaging, disassembly and immobilization
of the resulting equipment guarantee operations are supported by the buyer.
