Mounting the MultiTool

Removing Existing MultiTools
: Wear gloves to reduce the risk of
injury from contact with sharp,
pointed MultiTools and/or the hot
surface of the gearbox.
: Remove the hitch pin and pull the
MultiTool off the shaft.
: Clean the gearbox if necessary.

Checking the Deflector
To reduce the risk of injury from
thrown objects, the MF-MM
dethatcher may only be operated
with the deflector shown above
complete with deflector extensions
and mud flap.

: Loosen the clamp screws (1) and
pull the gearbox (2) off the drive
tube.
