l
freezing, break up before processing.
Process cubes of frozen yoghurt with your chosen
l
fruit to produce a creamy 'iced dessert'.

smoothie attachment
The smoothie attachment is ideal for
l
making drinks with a thicker consistency
than juice and where you want to retain
the pulp. It is also ideal to make coulis
with fresh berries such as strawberries
or raspberries.
1 Assemble the parts as per 'using your juicer'
section. Ensure the stopper on the underside of
the smoothie attachment is correctly fitted.
2 Fit the smoothie attachment
holder
instead of the filter basket
6
smoothie attachment basket should only be used
when making smoothie. To distinguish it from the
juice filter basket
and a stopper on the underside .
3 Ensure the anti-drip stopper
position before processing. Do not allow the mix
to exceed the maximum capacity marked on the
bowl when operating with the stopper closed as
the mix may overflow.
4 Slowly feed all the ingredients including the liquid
into the juicer and allow to run for 20seconds to
mix together.
5 Once mixed open the anti-drip stopper to pour out
the smoothie drink.
