(D) at a lower level (E) than the grill (C) so as to collect any cooking fat. We recommend pouring two
glasses of water in the drip pan (D) to prevent smoke, unpleasant odours and build up.
In case of food prepared in the drip pan (D), insert the grill (C) into the oven first, and then position
the drip pan itself on it (D) (Fig. 3).
IMPoRTANT: Place foods at a minimum distance of 2 cm from the top heating element.
- Use the dial (L) to set the timer for the required cooking time.
At this stage, the oven starts cooking and the temperature light (I) switches on; it switches off when
reaching the set temperature or if the dial (H) is manually reset to "0" position.
IMPoRTANT: Keep an eye on the food while it is cooking.
- At the end of the cooking time, the oven stops automatically, sending out an alarm.
- Unplug the appliance, open the door and remove the grill (C) or the drip pan (D) using suitable
oven gloves or the appropriate fork (M) supplied with the latter.
ROTISSERIE COOKINg
- Slide one of the carving forks along the brochette (P), with the tips inwards, and screw to lock. Tie
the roast with a string (meat, chicken, etc.) and skewer it being careful to centre the meat properly,
and then slide the second fork with the tip inwards.
If necessary, unscrew the first fork to centre the roast on the brochette and lock the two forks.
- Remove the oven grill (C) and put the drip pan (D) on a level (E) below the brochette position
(P).
- Insert the sharp tip of the brochette (P) into the cavity situated on the right side by fixing it to the
motor shaft. Place the opposite side on the brochette support positioned on the left side (Fig. 4).
- Plug in appliance and select the required cooking type by means of the function selecting dial
(H):

- Turn the thermostat knob (G) to set the required cooking temperature.
- Turn the dial (L) to set the timer according to required cooking time. At this stage, the oven starts
cooking and the temperature light (I) switches on; it switches off when reaching the temperature
set or if the dial (L) is manually reset to "0" position.
WARNING: Monitor food while cooking.
- The oven stops automatically when the cooking time has elapsed or when the dial (L) is brought
to "0" position. In both cases, the light (M) goes off.
- Unplug the appliance, open the door, lift the brochette from the side of the left support using the
fork (O) and then remove the other end from the motor shaft (Fig. 5).
